Filter results page form problem

  • Hi,
    am using one enroll form as a modal for each course using s&f filter and the subject of the form taking dynamically of course name. but the problem is by default its taking the subject as course name nut if do filter its not taking the subject.

    click the enroll you can see the subject as course name but if do filter or navigate to next page its not showing. how to fix this?
