    Hi there,

I just started working with Filter Everything, it looked like exactly what I was searching for. I own a travel website where I give tips about a specific city of region, on this website I also include affiate links to hotels etc.

On some of the pages where you can find all the relevant holidays, I want my customers to be able to filter through the options since there are quite a few. I’ve added the filter and the sorting on a page where all the holidays are being shown. However, when I filter on price for example, I can see that there are x amount of holidays found, but the results are no where to be found. The Loop overview (inside Elementor Pro) still show the same results as before the filtering.

I’m using AFC and filter on Custom post types, and as mentioned I’m using elementor pro to display a loop grid with all the results.

My question is, why are there no results showing up? Am I missing something here?

Hope to hear from you soon!

    With kind regards,

    Alwin Verduijn

    Hi @duijnweb

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

In general, the Free version of the plugin is not working with the page builders. Only The PRO version is compatible with page builders. Also, Elementor creates unique queries, and the free version works only with the main query.

It’s not the page builder, it’s ACF it’s having issues with. I just posted the same problem.

    Hi @scandidesignco

Thank you for sharing your suggestions on fixing the issue. Unfortunately, in this case, it won’t work. Usually, URL/VAR name issues cause either a 404 error or another issue but it is filtering the page.

In this case which is more likely it has multiple queries, just like here also made with Elementor – https://prnt.sc/wJKgGW2hf0Sg as you see it has multiple queries, and the Free version works only with the Main Query but the needed one #1 or #2.

In case of the URL/VAR names issues, the price filter will work. But unfortunately, here nothing is working. This leads us to the conclusion that it is using the custom query on the page in order to display products.

    Best Regards – Victor
