Filter Results Does not working on mobile

    Hey Guys,

    I’m using the plugin on this website (https://www.botecodovinho.com.br/produtos/vinhos). What I could see is that on the desktop the filter works correctly, cumulatively. You refine your search and the result appears correct.

    On mobile, the filter goes crazy and brings results without any type of compatibility.

    Any tips on how to resolve it?

    Hello there,

    I hope you’re doing well :D.

    I checked your site but our filters doesn’t display on mobile version.

    I checked using the browser inspector and seems a filter section that it’s added by your theme or other plugin.

    As you can see, when you use it, the url doesn’t include the yith_wcan=1 parameter. This is because you’re using another type of filters where our plugin don’t work.

    I suggest your to make a test and switch your theme to a default theme like TwentySixteen and check again.
