On the page above, the filter has started automatically selecting Subject -> Biology when people visit this page. Unchecking the box still doesn’t let people see the entire category of products. But you can check others to see them as well. But once other checkboxes are unselected, Biology is chosen again.

Also, the filter appears to be pulling in attributes of non-active products. On the page above, under Product Type -> Companion CD and Full Course CD-ROM are options even though there are NO products within this category that have those attributes. Those products have been trashed and should not be found.

Is there a way to clear/refresh the Ajax file? I’ve deleted our Cache/minified java and css, but it doesn’t seem to affect this problem at all.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

And the default selected Biology just went away. No idea how or why. But it was there for all 3 people we have working on this in different states. So not tied to a given browser or computer. Different platforms and devices tried by all 3. ?? No idea what is going on.

We do still have the extra items listed under Product Type though. Those haven’t gone away.

    Hello

It seems you wrote the wrong support. Your site does not have this filter WOOF.
