filter problem

is there anyway to make this plugin compatible with WooCommerce Product Filter by WooBeWoo? when i search a product, the filter is not changing to the product search, it still shows all the categories, brands and tags ive manually inputted myself, it does not change to the search when you click enter only when you select the grouped category from the search.
