Filter private forum topics/replies from RSS feed

    I think it filters, but has been a ling time since I wrote this plugin, can you test and let me know

    @robin-w – Thank you for the very quick response. My post was premature. I simply marked the forum as “private” and it was excluded from the RSS feed.

    Thank you for providing this plugin and making it open source! Our nonprofit which works to enable medical information interoperability relies upon open source software for much of its work!
