filter panel problems

  • Hello, I have a problem with the filter fields when I access my website from a mobile device

    where the problem occurs directly is in the filter panel

    Filter by store
    Categories:
    Colour

    How can I solve that please?

    Hello @mercadoaa,

    On the page that you provided, I can only see the filters of the WCFM plugin. I don’t see the filters of GEO my WP plugin.

    You should contact the WCFM team regarding this issue.

    If I am mistaken and the issue is indeed with GEO my WP, please provide me with a link to the exact page where you are using GEO My WP and having the issue.

    hi, rehub theme is changed which also has Geo my WordPress compatibility.

    the woodmart theme is installed.

    My final goal is that when a customer visits my store, I automatically show him the nearby products, this is done automatically, what I want is to turn the search engine into a locator, 1- I want to know if Geo My WordPress has a product search field for show nearby product.

    or 2- it may be that when a client makes a query in the wordpress product search engine, and having the locator activated automatically shows him the nearby products whether he does advanced search such as color and size filter.

    Please guide me which way Geo My WordPress works.
