Filter out Pingbacks & Trackbacks?

There needs to be a way to filter out pingbacks and trackbacks! No one wants to see these, they look unprofessional and crowd out the actual comments.
Switching to another recent comments plugin, hope this one will get an update to address this or post a response with a fix because the scroll option is awesome.
