Filter Option collapsed by default

Hi, in my website’s shop page filter area options are collapsed by default. but I want the filter area to be expanded by default for the desktop version. Is it possible? Maybe I need to fix the theme CSS. There are no options in my theme to achieve this thing. I have attached screenshots of how it will look.
