Filter on search result page not working

Hello,

I am using the free plugin of Advanced AJAX Product Filters for WooCommerce on my search result page.

When I search for a word, for example “test”, I get all the proper product results e.g. seven products. But when I want to use the color filter and click e.g. color filter “red” all seven products are still there. Even if only two products have the attribute red. Why is the filter not working properly? It is an
incompatibility problem with the search result page or with Elementor?

I am using “Elementor” as my page builder and “smart search” as my search plugin.
