Filter on CPT taxonomy

Hello,
I have a problem with the filter module.
I have created CPTs and taxonomies on my site.

I customized the taxonomy pages directly via the file, where I integrated a shortcode to display the filters.

I want a single filter to manage my taxonomies, but depending on the query I select in “And what to filter?”, I don’t get the correct results.

With the query “Products. Main query,” I get the context of the taxonomies and only the filters I need, but when it comes to filtering, nothing happens to the products.
With the “Products request” query, I don’t get the correct values in my filters. I don’t know where the values that appear in my filters are coming from.

I’m using the pro version of the module on the latest version.
I’ve tried with another theme, but the problem persists.
