Filter Not working Properly

Hi There,

I am using the free version of your plugin and I am calling the category and the product tag in the filter.
But when I filter product category the products get filter but the complete section of product category filter gets removed vice-versa with the product tags.

Can you please help me figure out if I am missing out any settings in here.

Please reply as soon as possible.
