• Hi,

We use the WCFM Multivendor Marketplace plugin to enable vendors to sell on our store. This plugin creates a separate store page for each of our Vendors. This theme page has top bar with the Filter option that derives from the theme I think.

I want your Ajax filter to work when visitors click this filter option. Right now, a black empty overlay appears over the entire page and nothing actually happens.

Can you please help me out here?

    Cheers!

    Hello @arjunmurali1993,

You need to add filters to this overlay, it must use some sidebar where you can place Filter or Group of filters.

    Hi Oleg,

Thanks for the quick reply. I’ve checked the Widgets settings but there doesn’t seem to be any Sidebar that controls this top bar. Here is a screenshot of the top bar I am talking about:

    Hello @arjunmurali1993,

It is not feature of our plugin and we do not have any information about this feature.
Please contact theme support with this question.

    Hi,

We removed that top bar but ran into another similar issue with your plugin.

For Vendor Shop Pages provided by WCFM multivendor plugin they’ve included a Vendor Store Sidebar widget area where we tried to add BeRocket Ajax filters to the sidebar. The filters don’t seem to show up in these pages. The filters work fine in all other shop and category pages in our store except in these vendor shop pages. Here is a screenshot:

We just see the word Filter but nothing else shows up or works.

Could you please look into this and help us out?
