Filter not working on categories

  • The filter works fine on the main page of the store, but not in categories: in the main menu, I have pointed to the different sub categories of products (jeans, shorts …) but when the filter is used there, it does not work in the same way as in the main shop page… when trying to change from categories or choose subcategories, does not filter anything, does not react to changes … I use AND in category filter..

    Hi,

    On Category pages the Main Category is selected, so adding sub-categories won’t do anything, because they are already loaded ( all due to the parent Category being preselected ), but if you select any other Categories eg. on Jean Category if select “Shorts” you will see that Shorts will be loaded, so you can see the Category filter actually works.
