    Hi

We are seeing the filter open as usual, but when you select a filter option the Filter button doesn’t do anything. This works fine on a PC (using Edge browser) but not on latest Android in Chrome or Incognito Chrome.

This URL: Products – Every Snow Day

This filter has worked fine in the past, so not sure if related to the most recent version I saw a post about.

Also seems to be hit and miss if the filter actually loads with the page or not. Having to reload a few times, sometimes, for the filter to show.

    Hello Cmptscmp,

I have just checked your shop page, and can see that its JS console registers multiple errors. For what it’s worth, I believe that one of the most likely reasons for the filters malfunction is the fact that you have some very important JS files marked as deferred (set to delayed load).

Please check your optimization/minimization software settings to make sure that none of the WooCommerce / jQuery – related JavaScript files are set to delayed load!

Thanks. I deactivated the Optimize plugin but it’s still the same. So I don’t think it’s that. What else could it be?

Ah! It’s CookieYes. It’s somehow affecting the filter on android. Have you have any reported compatibility issues?

    Cmptscmp,

I don’t think that it is an incompatibility issue. It just throws an error, which stops the execution of any scripts that run afterwards, and the filters’ scripts happen to be among those. By the way, it doesn’t seem to be a strictly android thing.. You could contact this plugin developers, they would probably want to know about this issue, and could offer you a fix!

Thanks. Changed to another cookie plugin and all working now.
