Filter not working

  • Hi,
    I found your filter plugin and love it since it is so simple. However, I cannot get it to work…

    I have several categories. Each category has child categories. And some of these child categories even have child categories. So I need seperate filters for each child category for the user to select the child-child categories.

    For example:The parent category is clothing. Then the child categories are pants, shirts and skirts. And the pants category has child categories jeans, sweatpants and trousers. So I would need a category filter on the pants page which only shows jeans, sweatpants and trousers. I have set up a Filter and selected these three child-child categories and used the shortcode to display the filter on the category pants, and the filter is showing up, but it is not doing anything. When you select any of the three categories, nothing is happening…

    could you let me know which theme you use? did you already tried to actvate twenty theme in order to understand if there is some incompatibility?
