Filter not showing on Divi shop page

    Good day,

    We have the plugin loaded on a website we developed but we don’t see the filter displayed on the page if we go into Shop > Chipbox in the menu. Could you please assist?

    Hello @lotster, can you please put shortcode inside section that is visible in both desktop and mobile. The issue is that you have inserted the shortcode in the section which is not visible in mobile. Please let me know if you still face any issue.
