Filter Not getting applied but shows number of filtered products

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

You need to enter your text, and then hit Apply button in order to apply those filters. Since you are using the Apply Button mode.

ok thanks, it works but…

if I press enter the form gets submitted and then it feels as if the filter has been applied but it is not working because shows the number of products filtered

That’s correct it has auto status updates, so when you enter anything in the search and hit enter or choose any filter terms, it will update the status of all of the available filters.

For example you enter “blue” and hit enter, all of the filter statuses will be updated to this search term and show only available filter terms with it.

But you still need to hit apply in order to apply filters. Or you can simply turn off the apply button mode.

I tried turning off the Apply button but after hitting enter now the prosucts dont get filter and only counts get updated. Can you please guide me how it exactly works?

I have been facing this issue specifically on this page…

it is the archive of all products… I haven’t used the woocommerce shop page but it is rather a product archive page set to be displayed for all products… I have checked all the other pages and it works fine except this one… apologies for a delayed follow up… please help me with this

The problem may be that you are using Elementor for this page. The free version only works with the main query and it may use a custom query, or it may apply certain modifications to the query that cause conflicts.
