Filter not applied to grid + more filters

The easy_t_single_testimonial_html doesn’t seem to be applied to testimonials in a grid (although I haven’t been able to find out why). Please make this bit consistent.

Also, please provide filters for the easy_t_single_testimonial container classes and every element of the testimonials – author, date, etc. Rather than filtering them through easy_t_clean_html(), run them through apply_filters() and use easy_t_clean_html() as one of those filters.
