    I’m having the issue many other users are with WooCommerce being blocked/not connecting while this plugin is running. I’ve seen 3 different places that say “uncheck Filter Long URL Strings” under System Tweaks. This isn’t an option. Where is it? I’ve gone through all the menus and there is nothing close to this.     Hi @emgraphics, as mentioned by nlpro, that setting has been removed from the plugin since version 8.0. Do you see any error when both plugins are active? Are you using the latest plugin version?

    Please also try the following usual conflict suspects:

    • Disable?Default Ban List?feature (Security > Settings > Configure > Lockouts > Default Ban List)
    • Enable XML-RPC?feature (Security> Settings> Advanced > WordPress Tweaks> Enable XML-RPC) and allow?Default Access?to the REST API

    If the above does not help, please try to deactivate the currently active iTSec features one at a time to see if the issue resolves.

    sorry, settings were already set this way. I guess I’ll have to find a better security plugin, as not being able to access woo orders is not acceptable.

    @emgraphics what do you mean by not connecting? I’ve used WooCommerce along with iThemes Security without any problems.
