Filter loads but images aren’t visible

    The filter is loading but none of the images are visible. The links are technically there, and clicking where the images should be opens the image lightbox.

    WordPress core, plugins, & themes are updated. I tried deactivating all other plugins and switching to a default theme. I’m not getting any JS errors in the console.

    Thanks for contacting us.

    I have checked your page and found no image tag, which is why the images are not there.

    If you are using any image optimization Plugin, please disable it and check.

    Hi @awordpresslife, thanks for your help. We are not using any image optimization plugins.

    I used the ‘Troubleshooting & Health Check’ plugin to test switching to a default theme and I disabled all plugins except the gallery plugin but the image tags are still not being created.
