Filter Live Stream Embeds

    I have the EmbedPlus Plugin on two sites. One site has the paid version and the other uses the free version. I have embedded live streams on both sites and they work just fine. However, two departments have upcoming live streams and want to embed their upcoming streams on separate pages. The embed wizard only allows embedding the channel. Is there a way to filter the embed for a live stream based on a playlist as well? This way the live stream embed can be filtered by department.

    Hi,
    We see your challenge. Right now the easiest solution is to create a separate YouTube channel for the departments. This will actually benefit you if want the plugin to automatically pick up on a new livestream if you have not scheduled one for a while and then do.

    Hi @embedplus,
    we considered that as an option. However, the parent channel will lose subscribers to the departments and the total following will be misrepresented. For now we edit the pages when a live stream is scheduled so it only appears on the department’s page and remove the embed when it is over.
