Filter Issue – Post Grid/Slider/Carousel Element

    Hi Guys,

    I got problem with Post Grid/Slider/Carousel element.

    1. Layout > Show Filters > Yes
    2. Layout > Show Pagination > Yes
    3. Filters > Select Taxonomy > Categories (to show all my categorize post)
    4. Filters > Show “All Filter” > Yes

    This is the setting that i select to used this element.

    Problem in filter : In ‘All’ filter it show all my post which is good. But when i click at the one of my category (example : 2021 or 2022) there is no post came up to appear.

    Can someone help me with this issue ?

    First, thank you for choosing our theme and service.

    Please try to “Hide Empty Filters”, but if this does not help, please Navigate to Tools > Site Health > Info (tab) and click on the “Copy site info to clipboard” button, then send the information to our email: [email protected]

    Also, navigate to Tools > Export – choose All Content and click on Download Export File and then send this file to our email – [email protected] as well

    We will analyze your system and replicate the same case. This will help us to debug the issue much easier and provide a faster solution.
