Filter issue

  • The filters on the sidebar work great however if I select an image instead of using the filter (which may be a product category or sub-category), then the filter categories /sub-categories disappear.

    It seems to me the filter categories list shouldn’t disappear but should display a checked state and all the filters still be displayed.

    For example, when I select an image (product category) then the filter state is incorrectly displayed on the sidebar.

    How can I fix this please?

    Why do the filters disappear when I select an image?

    There is no easy way that I can see to select another category without reselecting the “Collections” page via the menu.

    Hello,

    What do you mean with “image”? Your site do not have anything that called “image”.

    If you mean selecting categories on page, you can use WooCommerce Products Categories widget to display categories page in sidebar.

    Checked this page, but it do not have anything called “image”.
    If you mean category page, then our plugin do not change page. If you need to change category page, then use WooCommerce Products Categories widget.

    Hi Oleg,
    On the following page (see link below) are 12 images, please select any image and you will immediately see the problem with the filter.

    If I use the filter on the sidebar all works as it should.

    My issue is that if I select ANY image on the page, the filter mostly disappears. I believe the filter should always be there while showing the filtered condition and it does not do this.

    If you click on images it open specific category page, like this https://branding.hobartwebsitedesign.com.au/product-category/office-study/.
    Plugin filter products on page, but do not change page.
    Also values disappears, because specific category page do not have products with some values.
    If you need to change category page, then you can use WooCommerce Products Categories widget.
