Filter is showing all categories

Hi guys,

Great plugin, but however it has stopped working. I have 4 unique filters and have set them to show from the product categories. For example ‘Size (ml)’ is set to show any products from that category. However it is showing all of the categories and not just the selected one. Why is this please?
