Can you please clarify what vendor plugin/extension are you using? Please share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

For what you want to achieve you can use either a custom solution from a web developer or customization expert or use an extension like Advanced Notifications that triggers per-product notifications and may work right for you.
