Filter infinitely loading – not working

  • Hi team,

    I would very much like to use this plugin as it is shipped with my theme.

    Problem is that when I use the Yith filters in a sidebar widget of a particualr catergory, the loading animation keeps running and the products filater by attribute do not appear.

    In Console I get:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
    css:1
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 ()

    I have already added a snippet to my site: add_filter( ‘yith_wcan_untrailingslashit’, ‘__return_false’ );

    I will not deactivate Yoast as seems to be the issue with another user

    Please assist asap.

    Hi, I have had to revert back to Woocommerce filtering. We can schedule a time maybe to go through it?

    In detail, I have created a sidebar for a specific category.

    In the side bar I have various atrribute filters only present in the products of the category.

    When you select the filters to be applied, it just shows the loading animation.

    Hi there,

    this seems an error during ajax call, in other word the plugin ask to WooCommerce the filtered page but something goes wrong and all abort.

    Please, could you send to me the link of this page ?I’ll do some tests.
