Filter group on page load

I really like the ability to show FAQs filtered by group. It’s especially useful when there are lots of items. But is there a way to run the filter on default when page loads? As now all the items are shown on page load and can then be filtered by user clicks. When there are lots of items in many groups the page gets very long and it would be useful to show only first group on page load and then user could browse through other groups by clicking tabs. One can easily hide “All” tabs from code but is there a way not to load all the FAQs by default. Even not to show any FAQs at the page load would be better in my case than default show all -policy.

I am not good enough with the code to hack it by my self. Any tips how to do it?
