Filter functionality

that specific Extension is available at https://tablepress.org/extensions/multi-filter-select/
You can enable it with the Shortcode

[table id=123 datatables_multi_filter_select=true /]

Similar Extension are https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-column-filter/ and https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-columnfilterwidgets/

Is it possible to put the Dropdown on the top from the table not on the bottom ?

And can i hide the other columns like this :

Can i hide the Columns in the Script directly ?

you could could maybe target them with “Custom CSS” like

.tablepress-id-123 .column-3 select {
  display: none;
}

and the correct table ID and column number.

if you want it on top, I can only suggest the ColumnFilterWidgets Extension.
Alternatively, you could try to modify the code of the Multi Filter Selection Extension yourself.
