Filter for User Status

Hello,

we are using premium version (but can not log into your support area), and have a small question: User come, users register as subscriber, user needs to confirm mail by double opt in. As long as this last step is not take, user has status “Waiting for Confirmation”. In case the user confirmed, status changes to “Confirmed”.

We have set up BNWP to send mails to all subscribers. But we do NOT want to send the mails to subscribers other than status: “Confirmed”. Where can we filter that?
