Filter for Order delivery dates

    Hello,

    I received a couple of orders with a delivery date using your Order Delivery Date for WooCommerce – Lite -Plugin.

    However, I am facing the following problems:

    1. Under WooCommerce > Orders I am not able to filter by Order Delivery Date. Even the sort by sequence seems not to work correctly.

    2. If I change an Order Delivery Date manually on the order detail page (custom fields). The new Delivery Date is not been updated under WooCommerce > Orders.

    In order to improve my workflow, I hope you can help me with these issues.

    Hi @gifiy,

    1. We don’t allow filtering the orders by delivery date in the LITE plugin. This feature is available in the PRO plugin only. Can you exactly tell me how descending order is not working?

    2. We do allow to edit/update the delivery date and time in PRO plugin version only. It’s not possible to update the delivery date through Custom Field in the LITE plugin.

    It seems sort by date is not working for me in the lite version

    to 2.
    Is the pro Version able to add a filter “delivery date” to the WooCommerce Analytics page? So that I can make my Analytics based only on the delivery date?

    Hi @gifiy,

    1. Before sorting the orders by the delivery date, did you try to filter the orders by Order Date or Order ID?

    2. I am afraid, it’s not possible right now to filter the orders by delivery date on WooCommerce Analytics page. But we will be surely adding this feature in future plugin update.
