The reason why the filters “disappear” in mobile view is that your theme hides the sidebar with filters on smaller screens. You can try to resolve it in your theme options, or, alternatively, try setting annasta Filters > Filter presets > Preset settings > Visibility to “Visible on screens wider than the Responsive width, controlled by “Filters” button on narrower screens” with the Responsive width setting set to 768. This should make a “Filters” toggle button appear above the products list on narrower screens and may resolve the current CSS conflict.
