• Hi, I am trying to get the filter to work for posts on a website with the Divi theme, but on the blog roll page with ‘all posts’, the search results are not updated based on the filter. It only works on the category pages (shown at the top).

I added content-area as an ID to the blog module (the module that lists all blogposts) and I added #content-area as the ID on the general tab of the plugin settings.

I have also tried the following standard Divi ID’s and classes but I can’t get it to work:

    • #et-main-area
    • #main-content
    • .et_pb_column
    • .et_pb_posts
    • et_pb_ajax_pagination_container

Do I miss something or does the plugin not work with the Divi theme?

    Thanks
    JP

    Hi @jpnl

Thank you for your interest in the Filter Everything plugin.

First of all, do not use one-letter URL prefixes (also make them unique) for filters, second of all do not use AJAX as long as you are not 100% sure that it is filtering without it, so turn it off right now. The free version does not work with the page builders, the PRO version has compatibility with page builders. Also, there may be suspicions that the page is using a custom query, and the free version is filtering only Main Query, and not support custom ones.

    Best Regards – Victor

Thank you for the quick reply. I disabled the page builder for the blog roll and it works now.

    Thanks
    JP
