    Hi there,

    I checked the page you mentioned, but in my case the term is being displayed correctly in the filter.

    If you still have issues, please try cleaning the cache of your browser and site, and then check if it’s solved.

    Also, don’t forget to check if the filter for the brands has the Auto-populate with all terms option enabled. If it’s disabled, you will need to check that the term is in the Choose terms list.

    hello and thank you,i responded by saving by manually adding the brand in the filter.Where do i find this option to automatically add new brands? i searched for it but couldn’t find it.thanks

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately in the free version the option to add them automatically is not include. With the premium version, the Autopopulate option it should add all new created terms in the filter automatically.
