I purchased this plugin which basically allows users to create ticket linked to woo commerce products https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-support-ticket-system/17930050. My problem is that in the dashboard all shop managers can see all tickets and not their own as it doesn’t automatically assign based on post author. I can see the post author id in the ticket url but I have no way of only showing each other their tickets.
I feel like tickets work like posts in the dashboard so I’m not sure why I can’t assign to authors of products when tickets are submitted.
Will your plugin allow me to filter content (only show each user specific content) to users in the backend of wordpress?

    Free version will not help.

Pro version allows to show only own posts/products other custom post types to its author. But it will not help as ticket does not have this attribute set correctly (in case if ticket is a custom post type at all).

When I look at ticket paths they are domain/wp-admin/post.php?post=3363&action=edit.
Is there a way to filter items so any post linked (and by this, I mean is set to product/post author) to user-id8 is only viewable and editable (to reply) to user-id8? in backend of wordpress? If no, can I add an attribute to the ticket system and link it someone with product/post authors?

Can I add an attribute per user and then trigger tickets to be assigned? or can you provide a quote on how much this would cost? I need the system automated.
