Filter comments by users in a group. ?

    I have 3 groups, A, B and C, and they all access a page, but I would like to limit comments to the respective users of each group.

    I tried to create a filter in functions.php but I did not succeed, any suggestions to isolate the comments only for who is a member of the same group?
