    Hi there, I’m working on a staging site that isn’t visible to the public.
    I’m trying to use the category filter dropdown and the map at one point was updating with the filtered results, but it’s just not doing it now. Not sure why. Can I provide login details for you to have a look? I tried to introduce this topic on your official support page but it kept me in a login loop. We have the Pro version of the plugin.

    Thank you for getting in touch, we do appreciate your time.

    Category filtering is a part of our Pro add-on, which we are not allowed to support on these forums (as per the www.remarpro.com guidelines).

    I will need to ask you to open a support ticket via our dedicated support page (not forums) on our website, however, I believe you have already submitted a ticket. I have replied to your email with some further questions regarding the issue you mentioned.

    For anyone else who may need to open a support ticket, this can be done via our website by clicking on Support > Support Desk > Submit a support Ticket.
