    Hi,

    Can this plugin do filtering based on variation custom fields? (lets say created by Iconic WooCommerce Custom Fields for Variations plugin)

    Thank you for your interest in Filter Everything plugin.

    Yes, it can, but in the PRO version only. Free version filters by parent product custom fields/taxonomies only.
