Filter by URL Parameter?

    Hi from munich,
    thanks a lot for your great plugin!
    I would like to answer if there is any chance to Filter by URL-Parameter like
    xy.com?lang=on

    e.g. lang=on -> ativate google translate

    That isn’t possible since it would likely overload sites with many pages doing the database queries.
