Filter by keyword in title

I would like to use your plugin to make posts about topics that I already have blogs about in the network. pulling in a full site however or limiting by taxonomy does not provide enough focus.

If I had something like keyword=’example’ to only display posts from a specific network blog with the keyword example in the title that would be fantastic.
