Filter by Day of Week

This plug-in works EXACTLY as advertised and I have had no problems with getting it to what the documentation says.
Having said that, is there a way to filter out events by a particular day of the week? For example, the google calendar that I’m sharing has events on Sunday, but I don’t want them to show up in the Simple Calendar.
