Filter By Date

Is it possible to use your plugin for the following problem?

I have a table of events and would like my website front end to be able to display all the events for the current date, filtering on the date column of my table.

I would also like the user to be able to re-select a different date from a drop down box (preferable separate to the main listings table) if they wanted to view (say) tomorrow’s events (or any date in the near future).

How would I be able to do this please?
