    Hi there,

It sounds like we’re missing some background information here – Can you share a bit more on where exactly you’re trying to filter that? Can you share a screenshot of that in action?

Thanks RK for the quick reply!

Im trying to do so in the woocommerce orders list panel.

I installed a plugin called woocommerce customer manager in order to have a more indeep view of my customers behavior, then i realized it wasnt working correctly, the plugin wasnt showing my customers assigned orders, then i tried to look in the default woocommerce panel and the same thing happened, when i filter by customer i get 0 results.

    Thanks in advance!

Hi @laderiva. Sorry that we missed your last response.

Are you able to manually find an order for the customer that search showed no results for?

It looks like you have some extensions for managing orders. I recommend doing some conflict testing to identify the cause of the issue.

Hi @laderiva. We haven’t heard from you in a while so I’m going to go ahead and mark this thread as resolved. If you still need help with this issue or have any other questions about the WooCommerce plugin, please start a new thread.
