    Hi,

I’m having constant issues with the Filter By Attribute widget. When I select an attribute, it does not show me all the products that pertain to it, rather it only shows 2. I have ticked the option for the attribute table from the woocommerce advanced product settings, by the way.

It is when I actually disable that, that the attributes show. But then, days later, the issue usually returns, and I have to check it back to enable it again.

What’s going on with that? I can’t seem to understand what’s going on.

    Hello @4byssos!

    Thanks for reaching out!

I’m having constant issues with the Filter By Attribute widget. When I select an attribute, it does not show me all the products that pertain to it, rather it only shows 2. I have ticked the option for the attribute table from the woocommerce advanced product settings, by the way.

Could you please see if a plugin/theme conflict test as described here addresses your issues?

Additionally, there seems to be a related thread with a similar Product Attributes widget issue. Please try the steps outlined there and see if they address the issue.

If the problem persists, please share a copy of your site’s System Status with us for further insight. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Let us know how it turns out!

    Hi again.

I tried recreating the table but it’s been stuck at it for HOURS. Not sure what’s going on.

    Hi @4byssos!

    Thank you for your reply.

Did you try the conflict test as suggested by @tamirat22?

If not, as a next step, kindly perform a conflict test by temporarily switching your theme back to Storefront, disabling all plugins except WooCommerce, and then check again if the issue persists with the widget.

If that solves it, reactivate the theme first and check again. Then, reactivate your other plugins, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Before proceeding, please make sure that you have a backup of your site and database in place, and if something goes wrong, you can restore your site to a functioning state.

More about how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

If the issue persists after this, kindly share with us your System Status; you can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, you can paste your response here.

Let us know how that goes for you!
