Hello. I am using the Twenty-Twenty Four Theme. I have a live e-commerce site where every product is a variable product with specific attributes. I had created my shop pages to have two columns, one where ‘Filter by Attributes’ blocks were stacked, and the other being a general ‘Product Collection’ block grid of products that these attributes can filter through. They were working at some point, but then suddenly, stopped working.

I do not know how to fix this issue. It is not a template issue, as I have created test page after test page to see if the Filter blocks work, but they do not.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @erick444,

Thank you for reaching out to WooCommerce Support.

I tried to replicate this issue on your site, as well as on my testing site, using the Filter by attribute block. However, everything appears to be working perfectly.?

This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four (You can skip this step).
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or consider using a service like?Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

I hope that helps! Let us know once you have done a conflict test!
