Filter Button on Woo Archive Page Not Working

  • Hello, may you please help,
    We are using Elementor plugin + Ocean WP theme + Ocean Extra plugin, on a Woocommerce archive page Filter button is not working, it stopped working several months ago, may you please help with that? When we press Filter button it simply adding # in the url and nothing happens,
