Filter and Collapsable Timeline Features

  • Hello Alex,

    I greatly appreciate the work you have put in to build this plugin and contribute to the SCC plugins. Very much appreciated.

    I am using your plugin to enable the school to showcase all courses created by teachers. However, It would be good if the timeline list was;

    1. Collapsible i.e enable the post list to fold into the course titles.
    2. Filterable according to meta data. i.e enable viewing of posts according to author.
    3. Present the list of timelines in 2 or 3 columns, instead of the current 1 column.

    This would help to reduce the “clutter” and increase “usability” when there are a large number of courses displayed.

    Hey Arnold,

    These are great suggestions! I particularly like the idea of making the updates collapsable and columns. They would make great options later down the road.

    Until I get to it, you could always hire a web developer (unless you possess the skills yourself) to make some of these tweaks. The code behind the timeline is completely accessible, and can be edited with a template file.
