Filter a p age of Photos by Suject/Date

Hi,

I want portfolios of photos with the ability to add a name & description and filter by one or 2 criterion such as name or category & type (maybe via drop down boxes) and sort by date descending.

Can anyone recommend a plug-in to do this without needing to write code?
