Fills a much needed void

We are super pleased with the PTA Volunteer Sign Up Sheets for managing our volunteer activities. We’ve had trouble in the past both being able to easily gather volunteer information, make the open spots visible, still allow for us to do paper signups at meetings (and enter the info later), and have a way to contact all volunteers and send reminders. Some events have as many as 50-60 spots. This is solving a big problem for us.

The author has also been very responsive to our questions, so that’s appreciated as well.
