    Hi!

    Our checkout page has been working for several years and just recently, any field that is required is now giving an error. We fill it in and try to process payments and it says that the fields are required even though they are already filled. When I take the “required” off, it seems to work but we need fields to be required. We appreciate any direction and help that you can give. Thanks!

    @dddld65708 We are using DIVI and @themehighsupport are saying it is a Divi issue. Are you a Divi user?

    If we turn off the plugin all of the required fields are working but we don’t have our custom fields anymore. Would love to hear about your issues and see if we are experiencing the same thing!

    Hello, I have the same problem, our page is built with DIVI, my website has an error in the payment form, all the forms are completed and the process payment button (woo checkout) is blocked, for some reason it does not allow you to click click even though the required fields are duly completed.

    My problem disappeared when I put the shortcode [woocommerce_checkout] into a text module instead of the checkout page.
